Prices and shipping
All prices are F.O.B. Victoriaville and subject to change without notice. Free shipping is available on orders that meet minimum order requirements. Contact our sales department for details. All contract prices will be honoured until the date indicated on our written quote. All shipping and handling charges will apply. Orders are shipped via the most economical carrier at the discretion of Paul Rocheleau Inc. If a specific carrier is requested by the client, all related charges and risks become the client’s responsibility.
Payment Terms
For all clients with approved credit, payment terms are net 30 days. Customers paying within 10 days may deduct 2% off the invoice subtotal. All past due accounts will carry a service charge of 2% monthly. Merchandise remains the property of Paul Rocheleau Inc. until payment has been made in full.
Applicable taxes
All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Order cut-off time
Due to the schedules of our carriers, the cut-off time for placing orders with same-day shipping is 12 p.m.
Out-of-stock items
Out-of-stock items will be shipped prepaid.
Special orders
The shipping and handling of all special orders (with a «Z» in the product number) will be charged to the client.
Claims
Any claims for damaged items, merchandise shipped by mistake, etc. must be made within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise. We reserve the right to accept or reject any claims that have not been authorized by our customer service.
Merchandise return policy
No merchandise return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns under 40$ and submitted twelve (12) months after its reception will not be accepted. Merchandise returned due to shipping or order error must be in its original packaging and received by Paul Rocheleau Inc. within thirty (30) days of the return authorization date. A minimum charge of 15% of the value of the returned order will be applied to all returned merchandise attributed to the client error. In this case, packaging must remains intact, unopened and in resale condition. Shipping will also be charged to the customer.

Warranty and liability
All items sold by Paul Rocheleau Inc. are chosen with care and guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a specific period according to each supplier. Contact our sales department for more details. We will provide you with the warranty information on our products. Our guarantees cover the free replacement or credit on items under warranty only. This excludes any installation and delivery charges related to these products.
The warranty only applies to the first owner of the product and is not tranferable.
We are not responsible for any damage or costs resulting from any work performed on our merchandise. Paul Rocheleau Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or indirect damages.
No other explicit or implicit warranties are granted.
